How your information is handled when you ask for a free audit, book a call or become a client. Last updated 19 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Delta T Growth is run by Rob Davis as a sole trader based in Zuchwil, Solothurn, Switzerland. Rob decides how your information is used. For anything about your information, email [email protected].
What is collected
- When you ask for an audit: your name, phone number, email address, business name, town, website and Google profile link, whether your business is a limited company or a sole trader, and how many engineers you have.
- When you book a call: your name, contact details and the time you booked.
- When you become a client: the details on the onboarding form, including business documents you upload, and payment details, which are taken by Stripe and not seen or stored by Delta T Growth.
- When you message: your name, contact details and messages, including WhatsApp messages.
How it is used
- To prepare and send your audit, and a small number of follow-ups about it.
- To run the service if you become a client, and to keep normal business and tax records.
This is done because you asked for an audit or a service, and these steps are needed before and during any agreement with you. Your information is never sold.
Your customers' information
If you become a client, we send review requests, missed-call texts and service reminders to your customers on your behalf. For that information you are in charge and we act on your instructions, under a data processing agreement we sign with you. Reminders and offers only go to customers who have agreed to them.
Text messages
Texts only go to people who tick a box agreeing to them on our forms, or who message first and get a reply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop them.
Who helps handle it
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): stores audit requests, bookings and client records, and sends emails and texts. Emails are delivered through Mailgun.
- Google: call bookings go into Google Calendar, and calls run on Google Meet.
- Stripe: takes payments.
- WhatsApp (Meta): carries WhatsApp messages, which are then stored in HighLevel.
These companies may store information outside the UK and Switzerland, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long it is kept
If you ask for an audit or book a call but do not go ahead, your details are deleted within 2 years of our last contact. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask for emails and texts to stop. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland.
